About the book - Gary Paulsen has written abook called Hatchet. It is about a boy who gets stuck In the Canadian Wilderness. Brian's Winter is about the same character and the story Has a slight change to it.
Read them both and find out what happens.
Chapter One & Two - He is a specialist Hunter. He eats Rabbits, A kind of bird what he calls a foolbird, and Fish. In the first two chapters it talks about all the good things and bad thing he has gone through in this forest. He gets wacked by a bear & shows of the tecniques he uses to hunt and survive!
